I have worked for Ridgeline Management Company for over two years now. I have had the best support in my career. Absolutely no road blocks when it comes to care of the residents and staffing. I am happy to say that Ridgeline has allowed me to be the best I can be and do the best job possible with all the support I could ever ask for. The number one priority has always been providing great care and an outstanding experience. I am proud to be part of Ridgeline.

This is the worst company to deal with. Poor employee treatment, terrible financial management, no respect for the elderly or their families! Do not stay at one of their properties!!!!

This company ran my building I currently work at to the ground! They didn't know what the heck they were doing, the owner was terrible at communicating and didn't know any of the struggles of the CNA's and made it harder for them. Whatever you do, do NOT make this company run your building!

This used to be an amazing company with incredible values and a mission statement they lived by however, in the last few weeks they have turned into a company that will lie, cheat and steal to ensure that their ownership pocket books stay lined. I have watched them destroy the lives of good people at the expense of not only those people but more importantly the lives of the employees and residents at their communities. If you are looking for a place to work or a company to manage your senior living community, run far from this one. If there was the ability to give a negative star rating myself and many others would.
