Decent facility with some high quality employees and some that needed improvements. Originally in 2017 and early 2018 atmosphere was relaxed and laid back. As resident load increased corporate refused to hire additional help accordingly leaving existing employees with excessive responsibility and many ended up leaving or being let go on account of their work quality or were simply burned out. Ultimately residents were left with less than they deserved. Its unfortunate but maybe this review will inspire the company to change some of their business practices.

This is a wonderful facility with wonderful staff and residents. My mom feels very at home here. Facility is clean and care is wonderful. Food has been excellent as well. We looked at many options and felt this we the best value for everything included. They even have a Wellness coach that stimulates thee residents with mind classes! Highly recommended!

I have been living at Riverwood almost for 2 years. staff are so nice to me . it looks like home .friendly place, good food ,great view. I want to spend my rest of life here. I will recommend this place to everyone .
