Marquis Marian Estates is a wonderful place to work. Truly a family feel, all staff supporting all staff. Reliable staff, all working together for the greater good of the residents. It truly feels like home when coming to work. I feel very blessed to work for a company that invest its time and resources to the success of their employees and resident's care. I'm truly blessed to work with people passionate about the care they give and the resident's quality of life. Beautiful team.

Love this company! Has set me up for success allowing me to to have an amazing first step into my healthcare career when i was 17. The classes were FREE and so much fun, I learned so much and formed some really great friendships with the people I learned with. Ive been working here for 1.5 years and they are so supportive of my crazy school schedule and having me as a team member! Great place!Marquis holds great values as a company and we all work hard as a team to make sure our patients are cared for and know that they are loved by all of us.

High turn over rate. They honestly do not put the residents needs first at all. They belittle and treat employees terribly. I will never allow my family members or friends to ever live there or work there. The greed is insane. The people in the Reese building and Management are crooked and rude. I'm surprised it's still in buisness.

Warning - Marian Estates has MULTIPLE LEVELS OF CARE - Reading a review of their facility may or may not apply to your loved one depending on the level of care they need.Long Term Care - I would rate a 3.5 - My grandmother has been living in the Santiam Unit . The ladies that work in that unit love their jobs and they care. It is not an easy unit to work in but they do the best they can.Assisted LIVING - DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THE ELLIOTT RESIDENCE. I would give them a minus 1 for that building if I could. The employees in that Assisted Living facility do not appear to like their job - it appears they have had high turn over and the new people don't yet know what they are doing. They have very linear thinking - and are COMPLETELY UNWILLING TO make ANY accomodations or changes to their 'way' - even when that may lead to the resident ending up in the hospital. The ONUS is on the RESIDENT to be pro-active if they want or need anything - the facility will in no way offer assistance unless it is expressly requested at EVERY TURN.
