So far as a Maintenance Director with Radiant senior living they have brought me on board with nothing more than the best attitudes and support and have made sure I felt supported through the whole process of starting a new career and I want to be able to pay it back and let them know how appreciative I am An cant be happier to be with Radiant senior living at Sweetbriar villa.Thank you

Worked here for a few months. Really enjoyed everything, requested a day off, they denied it so I had to call out. Called out over 4 hours before my shift started, I only called out because my girl and I where expecting a baby and had to go to the doctors. They then fired me for having to call out for having to go to the doctors with my girlfriend. They also fired someone who had a disability and do all the time. I was working overtime for them quite a lot at the time which they will never admit. They actually never payed me my overtime check until I was fired and I didn't receive that for 2 weeks. Talk about bad business administration. Think twice before going to work here. I would never recommend working here.

This is a small retirement community in a beautiful building that sits in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The few amazing staff are what keep this place going. This is a perfect home for your elderly parent who does not need a lot of extra care and therefore would not be effected by constant understaffing. There are a few amazing caregivers in this place but one person can only do so much in a day. As a past employee who was fired after complaining about sub par care I have a few concerns. 1. The current wellness director was originally hired on as a med tech but, after being suprised by being assigned to caregiving for a night decided to walk out and leave us short staffed... Then she came back a few months later as the boss... 2. They are constantly understaffed so residents who need the most care suffer with long waits for help and the tired indifference of staff. 3. Their staff and med techs are not required to obtain CPR or first aid training. For perspective employees...They are perfect for you if you are one of those caregivers who loves drama or if you are office staff who loves to take credit for ideas you never had. They have been running understaffed for months and still fire someone every week because of a few long time staff members gossip.
