A family member is a resident there. Things have gone downhill in the last year or so. Residents often wait an hour or more in the dining hall to receive their meals. A state omsbudsman is right now looking into this problem. Many of the staff are wonderful people but there just arent enough staff. Response times are slow even when a nurse visit is requested. Activities have improved but frequent, attentive, personal contact with residents just isnt what it used to be.
