Four Seasons Residential Care

I can't go into the negligence and illegal, deadly actions of staff which caused an accident and lack of response that killed my beloved grandparent... My other grandparent passed a couple weeks after, broken hearted and broken from short time in that place and the suffering endured by his soulmate and partner.. I have been to this place many times for hours and witnessed inept nursing staff, them making fun of residents, ignoring and neglecting patients and blatant lies about and omission of urgent medical events. I thought after what happened to us they were implementing major changes, but sadly I hear they are closing doors none too soon.Somehow they had become an actual memory care facility after pretending to be one for years.. but something bad must have happened again.. I pray for anyone there and families of residents I hope you will get your loved ones to a better facility ae there for them in the transition. They won't hire anyone with a criminal background but little ethics or fluency in English is fine for anyone from cna to directors to cooks..

Seriously incompetent and understaffed. Don't do this to any loved one EVER!!!!!
