Over the years the staff, the care has continued to improve significantly. Stopped by in October and was impressed with what I saw from the staff.

I wouldn't send my dog to this place (.) For the past week I have come to visit and the staff is lazy! I have been here for about a hour and (this time) the call light has been on for about 45 minutes. Cruel and unusual. The staff doesn't speak unless spoken to. (Extremely weird & also unwelcoming) The sign in book is a joke. (literally) They have no idea who's in the building or how to find out which room a resident is in. I am mind blown. I wish this wasn't my friend last place to call home
