Gilman Park Assisted Living

I heard a lot of great things about Gilman Park. I met the Executive Director Wolanda a few weeks ago when I toured the community. I arrived to Gilman Park and was greeted by a young lady sitting behind the front desk. I asked her for some information about the community, the receptionist gave me some information and then continue telling me, let me get our Executive Director to help you, it was 4:30pm and I was waiting in the lobby, this lady came out to the lobby as she was wearing a cooking apron. She introduced herself to me and took me into her office. I asked a question, are you cooking today, she responded to me with a smile, yes sir. What time is dinner, she responded, 5pm. I knew then there, this lady can do anything and make the time to sit with me and listen to my story. She answered all my questions and also gave me some recommendations. I was so impressed of how this lady represent herself with kindness and caring.

Assisted Living -- Elders have their own private apartments, yet have caring staff available to support them with daily living tasks 24 hours a day. Very clean and pleasant facilities with interesting activities and good food.
