Nice comfortable facility

Very nice staff. My grandma was very well taken care of by a lovely young man named Brandon. Keep up the great work with hiring these amazing staff members Wellsprings.

Severely under staffed and a huge turn over rate. They can't seem to keep a halfway decent employee for longer than a month or two if that. Poor communication in very way possible and they NEVER return phone calls or even answer the phone half the time. As far as the food, they served A REGULAR HOT DOG (not even beef) WITH NO BUN for the 4th of July! That crossed the line with me and I plan on taking my loved one out of there very soon! Some of the staff can also be very rude and disrespectful in tone of voice to the elderly there if they think they can get away with it. I'm sure since they are so understaffed it causes major morality issues with the staff that is there trying to keep up and I'm sure they are beyond stressed out but still no excuse to make an elderly person who NEEDS HELP feel even worse when they have to ask for a little assistance. They desperately need to solve their turnover and under-staffing problem, serve better food and communicate better with family and other staff members.
