I am an employee at Ashley Manor Alameda and I would just like to say what an amazing facility I have come to! It feels like home every time I walk in here and to be able to have an amazing relationship with each and every resident is just a plus to this job. My job has made me feel so happy not only for the residents but to have an amazing boss that makes sure youre well taken care of makes it even better. I feel so welcomed when I come here and to be able brighten up our residents with my compassion and energy just makes me feel 100% better when I leave work, makes me feel like my job was well done for the week. We put our all into our work to care for each individual and to feel as if we are their 2nd family.This is a cozy, warm home.
