terrible! they can't bother to answer call lights or pick up trash or even give anybody water. terrible facility

My mom went here on two separate locations. Needless to say, I am not impressed. Although there are some good people, the place is understaffed and not well run. I won't go into details for the sake of my mother's privacy, but if you care about your loved one, don't send them here.
