Prestige Senior Living Arbor Place

My mom had been my dads primary care giver for years as my dad has mild dementia and can not deal with cooking, cleaning, etc.. I live in Colorado and so when my mom became ill unexpectedly and then passed I had to find someone quickly to look after my father. Denise at the Arbor Place was amazing. I can not begin to say how much him and his staff helped not only my father to get through this hard time, but they also provided me with much needed help and support. We could not have done it without Denise and his entire staff. I am moving my dad from Oregon to Colorado so he can be closer to me and the hardest thing about the move is the uncertainty if his new place here will be as good as the Arbor Place. Thank you for everything.

Dangan94 sounds like an old employee tryna start mess because maybe they got let go. I hate those people. I worked this property at 19. I'm 32 now and the staff we had were top notch. Maybe be different now but prove me wrong. I miss the residents that were there at the time.

This review is strictly based upon the horrible ED Jennifer Daniels.I went in for a tour and the Executive director refused to give me one, she was busy eating in her office with what looked like other management. I have gone in a few times for a tour to see if this place would be fit for my mother, after seeing how Jennifer treats her employees, residents and walk in tour people like myself I have strong doubts that this is the place for her. My Grandfather was placed here while Linda Green was in charge, and I thought that she was bad. Jennifer tops them all with the extreme amount of disrespect she has for herself and the company. I strongly believe that as long as Jennifer Daniels is in charge, this place will do nothing but continue to fall apart. With how many other homes there are here in medford oregon its not worth it to place your dear family member in a home like this. I decided on Bonaventure senior living, a guy named Ryan Franco gave me a tour immediately and he was very nice about the entire thing. Not to mention, he really seemed like he cared about the residents, which is something Jenifer lacks greatly.
