This place is amazing, I was lucky enough to get to work for this company. The administrator Kaylene is amazing. She welcomes all of her staff, residents, and residents family members with open arms. She treats everyone as if they are family, as do all the staff that work there. They all go above and beyond to make sure all residents are cared for and to show them just how much they are loved. The residents are some of the best people I have ever met. They all be come like family, and are loved very much. If you are looking for a good facility for you or a loved one. I highly recommend Ashely Manor Brookhurst. You will not regret it!

My mom was at Ashley Manor Brookhurst and she loved it there. Loved the staff. They always made her smile. The administrator goes to bat for her residence and the family. The staff are nice people. When my mom passed away..they showed me so much love.

I am the administrator of Ashley Manor-Brookhurst, I have worked for this company for 3years now. I couldn't be more proud to be a part of this company my staff and myself care about our residents and their well being. We love each one of our residents from the moment they move into our building they become family. I invite you visit one of our facilities in Southern Oregon. While I am no longer employed there, I feel compelled to write this in light of such a dishonest review. Diana did call me on a Monday and said she would be up on Friday. She no showed for three fridays without notice. When she did show up, it was at 6:30pm on a Friday after a month of no shows and I was unaware of her coming. Diana would not have been able to tell you what were her mom's items and what were not. Her mom came to our facility in a hospital gown and sweats. She had nothing. And was accompanied by no family members. Most of her things were paid for by myself or donated. She got the various things that were given to and bought for her mom, she just thought she should have more and expressed that to both the staff and myself. It would have been lovely if she would have visited more than once in the years her mom was with us. She would have seen what she would be coming to collect. My staff and I loved her mom beyond what words could properly express. Day in and day out we cared diligently for her and watched over her like she was our own family. It's an unfairness to this company to post a review that is an outright fabrication of this particular situation.

I wish I had knew this place was here when my mom was not doing very before she past. When I had visit the facility, I was very impressed with attention that the residents was were getting from the staff. The staff were all very attentive to residents, I also has the had the pleasure of meeting the administrator of the facility, she was able to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with knowledge and concerns with all residents that I seen. I highly recommend the facility to everyone. Thank you for the great visit and answering all my questions.
