If I could give this place ZERO I would. All they care about is $$$$

I drove 1876 miles just the other day to see my brother that had been transferred from this low scale hospital to Samaritan rehabilitation center. When I got to the rehab center, I informed them who I was and who I was there to see and they refused to let me see him!! Needless to say I just got home from driving another 1876 miles to home. From what I saw , the employees were clueless!!!

I took my girlfriend in to the ER because she was bleeding profusely after slamming her thumb in a older truck door. They didn't care that she was bleeding non stop. They told her there are others in front of her & she needs to wait. I get that, but when someone is bleeding all over you would think they would get priority over some. I very politely asked the receptionist about how long it might take because she was feeling faint after waiting for a while. The receptionist rudely replied without even checking first. She said, 'Well when a room opens up that's when I can let someone back there'. So I called Urgent Care across the street. I explained the situation & they were very calm, polite, & understanding. They said they would see to her right away. Checked into urgent care got in the office first priority even though there were people before us. The Samaritan hospital ER is very unprofessional, rude, & careless towards their patients. Sad to know even in an emergency you cant go to the emergency center to get immediate care without having to passout or something to get their attention. If anything happens ever again I will always go to urgent care or race to corvallis hospital. Lebanon Oregon's samaritan ER is the worst in all of Oregon guaranteed. Sad to say because I live here in Lebanon. I hope one day they take things more serious.
