they dont deserve to even have 1 star this place is horrible they dont care about their resident or employess at all in any type of way i would never reccomend this place

The abject neglect at Liberty Pointe Gresham has become worse to the level of intolerable. On a 2 hr. turn schedule 40 min. late is common and up to an hour and a half does occasionally occur 4 or 5 times a week. Showers or bedbaths and daily hygiene is routinely refused to us.While this concept format is excellent in theory, the extreme acuity level makes it's staffing ratio incapable of providing base level care. Qualify of life is affected and the 'rush to leave' by the staff feel permeates.
