Powell Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care Community

Powell Valley Assisted Living is amazing!! My 'fairly independent' Mom had been there just a few short days when she took a small tumble. These folks have gone so far out of their way to make sure she's taken care of -- it's incredible. From my first meeting with Erin, the Marketing Director, to my most recent care meeting with Laureen, Health Services Director, EVERYONE has been wonderful... Roy, Kaitlyn, Kylie, Evan, Fehi, Michelle, (I apologize for any misspellings) and so many more who's names I'm not familiar with, are the most diligent, hardworking people I've ever met. They always answer my myriad of 'newcomer' questions with kindness and patience. Lilly at the front desk is just a delight with her ever present smile and her calm, polite demeanor. This is all in such sharp contrast to our last experience with senior living!! It seems the staff at PV has actually taken the time to get to know my Mom, so, they know when she needs assistance and when it's best to just let her be!! I think the best of all , however, is seeing my Mom smile again! Our thanks to all of you!!!

I Love This Community. I Feel like this is a second home. The residents and the staff are my second family. You need to check out this community you will not be disappointed.

The staff here was very helpful. I needed a place for my mom and had no idea where to begin. They helped me all the way. My mom has lived here for awhile now and has made really nice friends. The staff has always been very kind to me and my mom. I enjoy spending time with my mom here. My mom is more active now than she has been in years at home by herself. I attribute this to Powell Valley. They know what they are doing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care you provide for my mom.

I don't write reviews often but Powell Valley deserves mine...I would give 10 stars if 10 were available. My dear Mom has been in and out of a few rehab facilities over the last two years. Mom got to the point where she needed full time assisted living so I looked around for her. We checked out about 10 different assisted living locations in Gresham, NE and SE Portland before we found Powell Valley. Wow...The place is immaculate top to bottom, the residents really seem to enjoy living there AND equally important is that the staff obviously loves working there. You can just feel it. In my experience, you don't come across that very often. What I was most impressed with was the staff...all of them. I must of met and interacted with 10 or 12 employees from the head administrator to the dear ladies that brought Mom food and helped her with her personal needs. Truly a class act place and the fees are very fair.Do yourself a favor and at least take a tour and meet these wonderful people. They have been a Godsend.Thank you Powell Valley
