Bonaventure of Gresham

Very helpful staff. The seniors clearly enjoy living here as they're always doing things and having fun. The building itself is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained.

Bonaventure of Gresham is a great community for your loved ones! They have all have been so accommodating and sincerely generous with their time and concern for the residents in this community. The facility is brand new, well maintained, and staffed with friendly people who go out of their way to meet all the needs of their residents. There are game rooms, a theater, a hobby room and flexible dining options with a great food variety! But by far, what makes this place special is the group of people who manage the facility and the many employees from the dining room wait staff to the front desk receptionists, from the housekeeping staff to the executive offices, who really seem committed to making life enjoyable for the residents who call Bonaventure home!

When I started at BONAVENTURE I had huge dreams of retiring there. Boy was I wrong. This place is the worst. You have absolutely no support at all. You have an ED who is scared of her staff and will not stand up to toxic people who work there. You have a nurse who provides cares without gloves in front of state who also is not there for staff or residents. You get no training and the training you do get is by a person who hates her job and does nothing but talk craap about the building and company along with poisoning all the staff. I just cant believe how much people hate there jobs and yet stand in front of tours like they love there jobs. I have NEVER seen so much bullying in a work place my whole life in this field. This place is beyond toxic. The management make it that way. The sad part is I love the residents so much. Good people always get pushed away from a job cause we dont jump on the hate bus with toxic people. I would think long and hard before placing a loved one here intell they get toxic out and love in.

Bonaventure of Gresham is a great choice in retirement living for your loved one or yourself. Staff is friendly, capable and caring. The food is great and there are always activities going on. Management is readily available to residents and family members alike and they are always willing to address concerns.

I have been working for Bonaventure for over 2 years and I simply love it here. The care, dining, and office staff are so caring and passionate about what they do. Care staff care so much about residents to the point where they come in a visit. The relationship between management and staff are so supportive. I love all the little staff appreciation events we have here in our community and it really does show how happy everyone is when they're working.
