I do floor coverings for this place I do not live here or know anyone that does. However I can tell you that they don't take shortcuts and they fix everything right the first time. I see things that no resident ever gets to see as I basically strip the place down to bare floors everytime we do a replacement floor and this place doesn't ever tell me to just lay the floor like so many others do. They pay what it cost to do it right and I respect that.
