I am a hospice RN and have visited patients in multiple facilities in Lane County. I am so impressed with the quality of care at Quail Park. The caregivers are kind, gentle, and work with the residents to find ways to meet their individual care needs. I am so grateful this kind of place exists.

Quail crest is a great place to place your loved one. I love the home feel of the cottages. I like that it is like a little neighborhood and that residents have the freedom to visit one another.

Beautiful place. Caregivers that I have come in contact with seem to care. My mom likes living at Quail and has for about 7 years. The hard part is that the caregivers change a lot. Not everyone is able to do that type of job. I worked in that line and also saw a lot of turnovers. They handle it better than most. 5 stars because they handle it so well. Hats off to a facility I would love to live in.

We love Quail Crest Memory Care. My mother is very happy there. She plays ping-pong, she walks in the gardens, and she enjoys the music events. The staff is absolutely wonderful and caring. I never hear anything but good things about Quail Crest from everyone. It's clean and it's beautiful. They seem to go out of their way. They're taking very good care of her. They make sure she eats because she doesn't eat unless you feed her. She doesn't have to do a thing and she brags about it constantly.

I like Quail Crest very much. I like my mothers room. It is on the ground floor and it looks out into the courtyard garden area. I also like the people. The staff are terrific, very helpful, very nice, very accommodating, and very efficient. I was impressed that they had been there for a long time. The food is consistently good whenever I visit. It's a neat layout in five buildings, but it's easy to go between them and it is safe and secure. I would highly recommend.
