We were told everything would be great, a nurse is there and great ratio- No bed sores we take care of people until the end. We were told we could visit anytime. They did not like us there at all! He lost the use of his legs and got a horrible bed sore! My dad was well taken care of until he was more work. Then he became a problem for them. They over work their staff! Its all about money! My dad left with horrible bed sore and hospice as we were asked to leave, they retracted that so they could get full months rent. We left and they got their money. Sad. Daddy died less than a month after we moved with living Christian staff all around!

I had a family member with a complex medical problem, his condition was very well-managed by Oaktree residential.I found them to be very professional and thorough, the facility is clean and attractive, and they provide excellent care.I am a retired nurse and have expectations for high standards of care. I was not disappointed.

This place is always spotless and the staff is very patient and caring. Also, the food is fresh and always delicious--they even take extra care for residents with special dietary needs. The staff does an excellent job with residents who have challenging medical/medication requirements. I feel so lucky to have my Mom here where I know she is getting the best care.

During my work as a home health PT I used to see patients at Oak tree residential care and I was always impressed with the quality of the care they provide for their residents. As the owner of A Home To Fit You, a senior referral and placement agency, I have placed several clients at Oak Tree. In particular, I recommend them for my clients who require high level of care.A woman who was bed bound for three years prior to moving to Oak Tree is now, thanks to their care, able to get up to the wheelchair and go for outing with her daughter.A woman who was bed bound on hospice is also now able to go on outing with her son.A man who needed a mechanical lift for transfer is now able to transfer without using the mechanical lift. These are few of my clients and they are an example of how their care is improving the quality of the life of their residents.I would highly recommend Oak Tree Residential care!Ronit Cohen PT. The time came that I needed to find a place for my mother. She had become too weak to stay at home, among other health and safety concerns. Being a registered nurse myself, and knowing how large corporate facilities do not adequately staff for proper care, I wanted to find a place that put that as a priority. I was really impressed with the staff, and the owners being so personal, professional, and caring. They go above and beyond and truly care. Her quality of life has improved because she is at a place where she can do activities and socialize. Her mobility has improved as well because they are walking her to and from meals and around the facility as she allows. The facility has more of a home feel to it and a huge plus is that they prepare homemade meals from scratch that my mother will actually eat. I am so happy that I found this place for her. Placing a loved one is never an easy situation but the staff/management at oak tree have really helped with the transition and I have some peace of mind knowing she is in a safe clean facility.
