Theres not enough staff to sufficiently are for 20 or 35 residents, depending on what building you work in. The management is immature and never listen when resident need specific care.

I walked into Countryside living and received the best customer service and was offered a tour of both buildings. I actually stopped there to meet the Director but she was unavailable, Alix at the front desk greeted me and did not want my trip to be a loss. She got Michelle to walked me around and she was so knowledgeable and kind, Thank you. What I noticed was that the residents were all eating and they looked happy and the halls smelled of good food and another nice smell that I can not put my finger on. If I had a loved one that needed memory care, you would be my first choice. Thank you for your kindness.
