Abusive to their staff AND residents. Staff have no one to turn to when other employees literally assault them. No HR department on site to deal with these things either. If there are employees being abused- what do you think think is happening to your loved ones? There are a few employees that actually care. Those employees are taking a daily dose of abuse and trying to protect residents by reporting incidents to authority's and somehow that still hasn't stopped anything. I wouldn't send my worse enemy here to work or be taken care of.
