Hired them for 24 hour care they left me two days without care for 12 hours. The last day office sent man that smokea, my dad is on oxygen, this man had no concern. Neighbor came to check on dad the next morning and found the care giver standing looking at my father while he was half in chair half on floor. The neighbor had to yell at caregiver to get him to help my father and her put him back in chair. Wonder how long that went on. I immediately contacted hospice nurses. If you love your family dont hire this company.

Right person shows up when needed with the right skills and experience. VA is responsive, reliable and the people are willing and able to help as needed. Sensitive to my needs and concerns. Trustworthy

I take great pride in my job as an Angel. I enjoy the client's I get to spend time with and share in their lives and smiles. I love making a difference in their lives and paying it forward anyway I can. Almost 4 yrs ago I was the caregiver for my own parent's and they are why I do this today and take pride in my work! Love the experience, my VA's family and client families. So blessed!!

We have had Visiting Angels come to our home for 6 months now and have been shocked at how little training they have had and how many don't know how to cook or do basic grooming. During one shift a caregiver sat and knitted for 2 hours. We requested certain hours and Drew was unwilling to accommodate those hours so we decided to research other agencies and they were quite willing to work with us. We had to constantly call and remind them to bill our long term care insurance, which is a service they said they provided but were definitely very lax about it. Every week we had on average 7 different caregivers, which I had to train! I should be on their payroll. The 2 stars are for the two decent care givers we did have and as soon as we said we liked them to the office staff the caregivers would disappear from the schedule.

If you look at all these reviews...they ARE ALL from employees that are being prompted to post in an effort to up ratings and hide the real issues!Our experience with Visiting Angels Bend Oregon has been one of DISGRUNTLED Employees who have minimal training, were CONSTANTLY LATE and were NOT allowed to make up time for caregiving that was paid for but not actually performed. I recently saw at review about Visiting Angels suing clients! This seems to go against everything PROPER Care-giving should be. Do your homework on this Group, Our recommendation is to look for a caregiving group that actually does care about BOTH clients and Staff!
