Excellent place to work. Residents and staff are treated fair)y with compassion and respect

Seen residents wandering off getting all the way to the 35 Mph street before staff stops them to bring them back inside. Heard a couple horror stories from loved ones of people being 'cared for' in the facility. Staff is not experienced enough to properly care for the residents.

The employees are just people of the street with no training to be had. They work with the dementia patients and have no patients. The food was not very good. I was surprised by how they where feeding dementia patients hot dogs. Number one chocking hazardous food. if the people don't make it to meals then they just miss the meal altogether. They only check unders every few hours. So plan for your loved one to sit in there own for 2 hours. The other side of the place is more open older people wother out dementia they go and about. Have games and social times. Would give a better rating if they took better care of the dementia floor.
