The staff treats the residents like family! Extremely well run with numerous activities. I highly recommend Brookdale Grand Prairie to anyone looking for quality independent living!

Have a family member in Brookdale. Went to visit from out of town and accidentally went to the wrong Brookdale. The receptionist was very unhelpful. She was argumentative and when asked if she could call the other location to verify if it was correct she said no. She had one word response to every question we had. Very rude and unhelpful. Left there feeling very confused.

I called here to get some information on Assisted Living for my Aunt who will be moving to Albany to be closer to family. The person I spoke to was able to answer my questions and provide me the details I was seeking. She was very helpful.

Great community with a lot of wonderful people working there. The director of the entire place has been there for 11 years and she truly cares for each and every resident.
