Its not easy making the decision that its time for outside help for a family member. Im thankful we have a care center here in Tuttle. I can drop by to check on my uncle several times a week. It helps me and it helps my uncle. The Care Center has always been clean and the staff have always been so helpful to me. The physical therapy nurse is absolutely wonderful! I appreciate all the hard work the staff does to care for my uncle and others.

I would not give this place a single star if it wasnt required to review. Dont find out the way my family did after damage was already done. There are some nurses and staff that were helpful and knowledgeable, but I cant describe the how poorly my mother was cared for at this facility. Even with persistent reminders from the family all we ever were told was that they would put it in report. And no one could answer our questions, or send us in the right direction. We tried to set up meetings and meet with the centers doctor. I could go on for days. What really matters is dont leave your loved ones in these peoples care.

Thank you to the Tuttle Care Center nurses and staff and the Valir Hospice nurses for being so kind during our last days with Great Aunt Vi. I appreciate the graciousness you showed my Grandma Merle and for answering my many questions. Each of you made one of the worst experiences a little more bearable. May you all be blessed!
