Horrible management and HR isn't any better. The company is millions of dollars in debt they raise up the cost of living every 2-3 months. It's not worth the money they ask for. They have bed bugs and roaches through out the main building kitchen, assisted living, and skilled nursing. They can't keep staff because they lie to new hires promising raises and health insurance but once hired the will refuse the benifits. All the Sodexo kitchen managers steal funds and food then blame the temps. The residents are the only thing pleasent about Inverness village.
