Recently my aunt's health took a turn for the worse and she had to be placed in this facility. While she was in their care, the nurse that was 'caring' for her was too lazy to wash her hair and comb it properly so she decided to take it upon herself to cut her hair up to her ears without any consent! Unfortunately my aunt passed away on Saturday and they didn't contact any family members. The next day her sister went to visit her only to be stopped in the parking lot and told she had passed away and had already been moved to funeral home.
