Arbor Village has the most caring, attentive, patient staff. My Mom was there for a few short months but I was so happy with the loving care she received. I've been in a lot of nursing homes due to the work I was involved in and the staff in this place is the best. I never heard a cross or impatient word from the staff. The nurses answered my questions, they called me when they were concerned and they returned my calls promptly when I left messages. We expected my Mom to hate it there but she didn't - she made friends and felt very safe there.

I cannot say enough good things about Arbor Village and the wonderful, compassionate staff! When the time came for my husband to enter a nursing home, I was devastated, but the director Ernie and his wonderful staff helped us both to make the difficult transition. I was encouraged to visit as much as needed and, even though I was there daily, I was never made to feel as if I were a nuisance. Harold attached himself to certain of the CNAs and would follow them around. This did not bother them. They gently told him he could not go with them into any room that was not his and he would wait for them outside the door. Because Harold became a flight risk, he needed to be placed in a memory unit. You cam believe that, once he is no longer ambulatory, we will return to Arbor Village. You cannot go wrong placing your dear one in this loving environment.

Arbor Village is a beautifully remodeled facility with caring staff. You always hear laughter and can tell the residents are well loved.

I have been very happy with the staff of Arbor Village. My brother lived there for many years. They were always attentive, patient and calm with him. No other staff could have taken care of my brother better.
