Went to see my Mother. She was dirty when I got there. I asked if she could be changed, and they said yes. A hour later, was told, they were cleaning someone else. After two hours my Mother asked us to leave, because she could not deal with it. She loves this place. My visit was cut short because my Mom was ashamed of the smell I'm sure. If this was the last time I saw my Mother, I would be very upset. Was upset anyway. If I was her, I wouldn't want to go on like that. This breaks my heart. She doesn't want to cause trouble, and lives it there, I'm sure because my Stepfather likes this center, I'm sure, because it's where his grandmother's house used to sit, and he carved on the front steps, and donated four of his carvings there, but I want my Mother clean. When I left, I went to the other side and told the nurses there, but still don't know how long it took. I just hope this brings awareness because it is of the utmost importance. I love my Mother, and she should be treated like the wonderful lady that she has always been. I would be horrified to think this was a every day event. Thank you.

I have been calling trying to check on my sister about an hour now still no one will answer I'm getting frustrated if it's not enough nurses to where it's at lest one nurse on the hall at all time I'm concerned about my sister i want to speak to the owner immediately.

Every time I have visited here, I find it smells clean. The residents are clean and seem happy. The staff is friendly and professional.

I can never get an answer when calling to check on my daughter. Night nurse is the worse. Unfriendly and seems to have little compassion. Needs to be fired.

My Mom is in here. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to ever ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!! And if they do, once every two weeks, seriously, THEY WONT LET ME TALK TO HER !!!!!! FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER!!!! This is INSANE!!!! I want to speak to my Mom!! Now!!!!!!! This is a Huge problem for me!!! FIX IT!!!! This should be the least of my problems with this place!!! Not to mention the creepy rock music that gradually turns into a windstorm, and then , just white noise. Its creepy and gives me a bad feeling. My deserves better, she is a angel. I just called nine times in the last hour. I get hung up on after several rings. I am furious, frustrated, and sad.
