Called x times x different numbers not one answered my call I need to know what's going on with my grandpa is he okay he just had surgery and you won't answer my call your 24 hours for a reason correct me if I'm wrong that's what we pay for is for you all as a collective to do your job and answering phones is a simple job where I come from. Either A learn how to answer phones or B find someone who can if be glad to point you in the right direction for some help if your hiring maybe he can make this place better because he's an excellent worker and he'd make sure his grandpa would be okay along with the other elderly people in there... Do something about this don't just say you will!!!

My mom is a resident here and seems to like it well enough. She is happy to be in a place that she can have everything in one place. Her biggest complaint is the kitchen and the way they get food out, and the food that is being served.. She said it is horrible. She also thinks the communication between upper management and residents is extremely lost unless you have a big voice. I don't know if this is common in these places but I am sure it is.. Thank goodness she can speak up and so far they are listening. Please do your research people. Ask residents about their experiences when you visit.
