My mil was in this facility. The charge nurse was more interested in her ipad than the patients. I have not been there lately. Be careful. I had to check on her daily for her well-being.

This facility is continuing to make positive changes in staff and management as well as remodeling and updating the facility to increase resident comforts and increased satisfaction.

My dad went here for physical therapy after having a stroke. He had trouble making it to the bathroom because he was unsteady on his feet. Every time we went to see him his blankets and sheets and clothes would be soaked with urine. They told us they provided depends and would keep him changed. Every time we walked into that place it had a strong odor of urine. Dad smelt terrible and they wouldnt even give him his baths. My mom would call to remind the staff to change them. But every time we came in they didnt even have his depends on him and urine was everywhere. To me this is neglect this place is a joke the staff are either no where to be found or all sitting on their butts! Please check in on your loved ones regularly if they are at this place!
