Brookdale Village

My precious Mom is a resident at Brookdale. She is extremely happy here, and the staff is kind, loving, and thoughtful of her. She has a beautiful apartment that looks out onto a picturesque pond with a fountain, with geese and ducks. She has two bird feeders that we keep full for her. She is also allowed to have a pet, whom she adores. My mom raves about the gentleness and the kindness that is shown here each day. If ever I have concerns or questions about anything, the management is eager and willing to listen and help. If a criticism is given, they respond usually the next day to meet the needs of my mom. The food has not been the best, but they have greatly improved their meals since criticism was given. These people are friends to us, and I feel that they have been an answer to prayer for my mom and me. Also, whenever Mom has had a health issue, they responded immediately. One particular time I noticed that she was coming down with a cold, and her voice was scratchy. When I called them the next morning, they had already noticed that her voice was raspy, and had already taken X-rays of her chest. They are always on top of caring for her health. I cannot say enough good things about Brookdale, the facilities and the staff.

I have found the community to be very kind and loving! Ashley greets everyone at the front desk with a big sweet smile every day! The marketer Jan has a very good relationship with the residents families, and Nicole, Renee, Ashley, Ryan, Don, Stephanie, and the precious little housekeeper, just to name a few, are exceptional! What a great bunch of people!

The receptionist was rude and hateful and the job is one sided. That place is a joke and its stupid how they want help so bad but yet the rude receptionist is the reason why people quit.

Im so proud to be a part of a great family of Brookdale village and part of care staff and management team we dedicated our life to our great residents. Love going to work because I think my job is making a difference in people lives everyday.
