The Springs

Wow! I absolutely loved The Springs. I didn't want to leave. It is obviously a BEAUTIFUL facility . makes you feel like you're in your own home.But for me it was the nursing staff and physical therapy, occupational therapy and the wonderful women that do the social services that I just can't say enough about. They are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. go out of their way to help you find alternatives that might work better for you than something that you already tried that is NOT working. Unfortunately they are short staffed . I feel like the administration could do a much much better job of providing the staff with the tools they need to make an even bigger difference for people in this position. For me in was physical rehabilitation. But I feel like I got emotional support as well as physical support and teaching me how to deal with life in the position I'm in. If you are given the tools to work your situation and you choose not to use them, you can't blame someone else for your failure. I felt like part of the family by the time that I left. Kindness goes a long way on all sides. So yes I would definitely want my family here. I would like to see the staff not have to work so hard by getting the help they need from administration and some supplies to work with. New mattresses would be real nice. Good towels and linen is a must for any inpatient facility. Again administration I'm sure calls the shots on where the money is spent. It's a great place, I hope they appreciate the people who are on the front line making it a great place. Thank you all who made me feel like I belong here.

Such a garbage managed place. Terrible for employees. Dont work here.
