The staff is poorly managed and underpaid. You have to be on top of them for everything. I am grateful for the few gems who really care and try hard, but there's only so much they can do under the current management.

Another sad call from my mom. Last week no hot water, this week food is horrible as per usual, Quinton was a good cook, he left after days. Trash hasn't been emptied all week. I wonder if she'll get a shower this weekend. This breaks my heart.
