Messages dont get relayed, care of residents is HORRIBLY slow, administrative employees put up a good front at on-boarding, care plan is a joke, activities department only focuses on assisted living, physical therapy unwilling to work with residents, dont communicate fully with family members, if you ask for any kind of care information its usually a guess, One administrative employee and one nurse have provided great service and the exception. Would never put a loved at this facility.

They will take money for dental out of cheaks. But when you need to have work done. There is no insurance. Think twice before you need work done.

Do not like this Assisted Living Home whatsoever. They don't deserve to be open. My Grandmother was there her last year of life and that last year they treated her horribly. One of the nurses even had the audacity to show up to her funeral and lie to my entire family. They never tried with my Granny and not just her, even now they show no care for their residents and their well being. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
