My Mom is being well taken care of by the staff and the workers at quail ridge. I always enjoy my visits with her she is very happy there. I also enjoy meeting her friends there and her dining table group.

This facility by far has been the best I have ever worked at. I have 3 nursing homes all within just a couple of miles of my home and I choose to drive an hour to this one. The staff not only works like a team but as a big family that absolutely loves and adores their residents. Love working here and hope to be here for many years to come.

I didn't have a good visit with my mom I would not recommend putting my loved one in there or I would not want to be employed there because if you don't do what the director says you will be fired they brain wash there elderly

I recommend Quail Ridge for many things. My daughter was there and received excellent care and attention. The facility was always clean and attractive. The staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Some were especially attentive to her and made her stay special in lots of ways. Jacob had her wrapped around his finger when he passed medicine. Big handsome guy that called her 'baby doll.' And Alice, who my daughter called 'Mama.' Hugged and consoled her through many hours of needing comforting. Taylor Welch, the administrator could not have been better at taking questions and helping us find answers for my daughter. Taylor even arranged for her to take a hospital bed, night stand, and fall mats with her when she left. I do not know of any other facility that has shown they care what happens to you when you leave. Her clothes were always kept clean and stored neatly in her room. Two nursing homes that another family member was in called me weekly to ask me to bring more clothes because they had lost so much they didn't even have an outfit left. Not only that, they didn't replace all that they had lost when the patient left. This was not the case at Quail Ridge however. They kept up with every article of clothing that belonged to my daughter and made labels to attach in her clothing, shoes, etc. to insure that her belongings were labeled. The meals were served family style and plenty of time was given so that even the slow eaters were not rushed or made to feel like they had inconvenienced anyone. Her room was always warm and comfortable. Her bedding was always spotless and her room decorations and furnishings were very attractive. She had a huge collection of things when she left that had been gifts from staff. I have visited many nursing homes but have never seen the residents so responsive as they were at Quail Ridge to my daughter. Everyone knew her name and would greet her constantly. She was not without problems while she was there, because she is a very difficult patient, but all of the staff and residents did everything they could to make her days better. If I were to need a nursing facility again, Quail Ridge would be my first choice.
