Past experience knowledge, this facility and employees have always been held in good condition. Its not easy to please everyone all the time and with the Oklahoma State Health Department making demands which are near impossible, even they cant reach the goals set in place. The money runs short, people dont pay their bills and then cuts made by Medicaid and Medicare..who should ask the great question wheres the staff to help out?I will!! Theyre employed by other high end jobs! Because they couldnt pay bills working as a CNA or an LPN whos job description really was more like an RN charge at a hospital! How would I know this? Because I worked as a DON in Lawton at 3 large facilities , 1 in Duncan and this one to which I speak. Yes, I know a lot about how things operate and can have my day! Now Im home, disabled with MS, at age 52, and someday myself might be in one of these facilities...my hopes are that somehow the State of Oklahoma will become incorruptible and the money will be placed into the proper pockets...
