Featherstone Assisted Living of Ada

Great place. Wonderful people.

Head Nurse Betty is very rude and uncouth she does not care about the people under her supervision as I used to work there and have witnessed it 1st hand she treats not only her staffed but the clientele as well like complete scum please do not send your elderly family to this facility Heartland plaza/Featherstone is a great place just not an Ada and not why Betty is the head nurse

Heartland' administrator, Betty, is EXCELLENT!!! She cares for her staff and residents like they are family. She will work tirelessly, night and day, to make sure that they are well cared for and well fed. She cares about their dignity, feelings and comfort more than she cares about her own. She gives so much of herself that I cannot believe anyone would EVER give her anything but an EXCELLENT review. She has been a nurse and a caretaker all of her life and if a staff member or family member of a resident are out of line or creating a problem for one of her residents, she WILL make sure that the staff member or family member is brought to task immediately, because her residents and patients come first, ALWAYS FIRST! Betty made sure my mother was well cared for , even when other assisted living centers would have sent her to a nursing home. I cannot thank her and her well run building and staff enough. May God bless you all for your kindness and concern. I would recommend you to ANYONE!!!One question for 'No Bot's review below this one, why would you leave your mother there for 3 years if you really thought it was so bad...perhaps you were one of the family members that were brought to task?

Delete nurse head boss is very rude every time I go in here to see my mother she makes me seem like I'm a burden and I should be not visiting her I've heard her scream at her staff in front of not only other staff but the residence and not just scream but curse as well if you have a family member here please do them a huge favor and check on them immediately!!!!!!!!!! Corporate has been informed and they do not seem to care my mother has been there for about 3 years now and Betty the boss got really bad about 2 years ago she's always you know had a nasty attitude but I figured you know maybe she was just stressed out but it's just getting worse and worse and I've seen her be rude to not my mother while I'm there but to other people's mothers and fathers that have Dementia or Alzheimer's and can't say or speak for themselves so please please I beg you check on your family member or call DHS and start an investigation.
