Our family has received very good care at Ballards. The nurses are kind to our dad and he's become stronger with the physical therapy there.

The Staff always makes sure my mom is well taken care of; keeps me updated weekly. I feel like I never have to worry about her while in their care. Jeanette made our transition from another facility so easy. She made sure not only that my mom was taken care of but they we are doing ok throughout the transition. I have already noticed a Big difference in my mom in a Positive Way. My mother has Parkinson's and Dementia. It's not always easy finding someone who understands .

My Mon required 24-7 care, fortunately for just a short time. The staff there, especially the Manager, Jeanette, was extremely accommodating with not only overseeing care, but with information and advice as well.

My mother in law has been a resident at the center for 4 years. She is very happy there. They have a very caring nursing staff. Melody is the best! Mrs.Cranford always finds ways to keep the residents entertained. The new administrator is very friendly and keeps things running smoothly. Thank you guys for taking such good care of our family member.

This is the worst smelling facility that I have ever walked into. Staff very rude and not at all helpful. Admin seems like she doesn't care at all. When my grandfather was there I had a hospice that I wanted him to use and the staff fought me about it. The owner has a hospice and that is who they wanted us to use. Thank God I'm not the pushover type. Got him out of that place and back into his home, the hospice that I used had wonderful nurses, AND ALSO YOU CAN USE ANY HOSPICE THAT YOU WANT TO INSIDE THAT FACILITY NOT JUST THE ONE THEY WANT YOU TO!!!!!!!
