Just remodeled, and very clean

I won't even get started on most of the residents I've encountered here, but the staff here is rude, refuses to return phone calls. I had a threat of retaliation against me because they entered my apartment without the required 24 hour notice, I sent a certified letter stating it was illegal and not to do it again. Joanne from the office called after they received it and stated fine, 'we just don't come anymore.' That's retaliation folks, also illegal for them to do. I had all of my maintenance requests ignored since. Oh, then shortly after that they tried to raise my rent by more than double, again without the required 30 day notice. I spoke to Cherrie the office manager and told her you can't do that, she said, oh I know it just gets attention. This place should be shut down. Maybe slightly better than a cardboard box or a car to live in. Grounds are dirty, they don't impose their own rules on residents that are a problem. Security will NOT return phone calls. Steer clear!! I'd give it negative stars if I could.

i thought i had good memories, there were some rude people, but you get that everywhere. This is where I grew up and it's affordable, so I like it, also it was affordable for my mother. when I stayed the summer with her one year, we could just walk to salvation army or dairy mart,. The way the apartment really felt like a house to me, because there was a living room, kitchen 1 bath and two rooms, all for an affordable price, nice deal if you ask me.
