I would not give this place a 1 star. Absolutely awful!!! Most of the staff is rude, nasty and unprofessional. This place just wants money and will do ANYTHING to keep the patients there permanently.

This place is horrible. If you can avoid this place do. They dont care for their patients at all. They will give them foods that they are not suppose to get and the workers complain about there jobs that they have to do to take care of you. If I could give a negative star I would!!!

The food they serve the residents is worse then food served in jail. Half of the meal is not edible. The techs that serve it says its not good at all

The food here is extremely bad. On paper it sounds good but on presentation it is very bad. Bean soup where beans are not cooked. Vegable soup where intents are green beans. Every meals I cold and has to be reheated. Do you know what happens to toast and buns when Otis steam heated. 08/07/17The staff and rehab stall would normally be rated a 4 or 5. They are extremely good and caring. If you go down to the cafeteria you can get hot food or change your selection from a menu. It is the cafeteria which really brings down the rating. If you have to take your meals in your room I would lower the rating to 1 star.

This is one of the worst places that will never answer the phone! There has been several occasion's that I have tried to call my father and it has never been answered. When I visit, there are several rooms that smell like piss! I have talked to a few nice staff member's but the majority just ignore you!
