Its pretty sad when you go to a place to work during this pandemic that we all are going through and you at the kindness of your heart go to help take care of these residents that have Covid-19 and the DON cant never come back to the unit to check to make sure that everything is ok. Instead they want to Accuse people of getting an attitude with the managers which didnt happen. But I will never step foot in that dump place again. They dont care nothing about those residents on the Covid-19 unit. Shameful!

After having a below the knee amputation in late October 2019, I was sent to an extensive rehab hospital for 3 weeks. I chose the Laurels of Norworth for my follow up therapy after receiving positive reports from a health care professional. I have not regretted my decision once. The nursing staff, along with the Aides are a pleasure to work with. They were always there to assist me, even when things werent pleasant for me. Their words of encouragement along with skilled training put me at ease. The office staff was friendly and professional. They set up an initial plan for my recovery which included a conference call with a family member. They were available to answer any and all questions I had. My appointments were confirmed and I was reminded of them on a personal basis. The therapy department was/is outstanding. Both physical and occupational therapists were pleasant to work with. It would have been easy to give up but their words of encouragement drove me forward. They all seemed to get along with each other, placing the patients needs and desires first. They push their patients into wanting to achieve their goals. Not only did I succeed much further than I expected, I also observed others making great leaps towards recovery.I would definitely recommend The Laurels of Norworth to anyone in need of therapy.

Terrible place. My dad was here during his final days and anytime I came I had to always haul somebody down to come help him or give him pain medication. There was a nurse who told him he smelled like death and was overly aggressive with him while caring for him. Avoid this place at all costs. Nobody ever seems to be doing their job they just sit around and gossip
