My mom went from walking and talking and eating to being catatonic with a feeding tube.

My grandmother was there for rehab just 2 1/2 weeks not even but close to she had a bad infection in her foot she had fallen and a fly had laid eggs in one toe that had been taken of and on June 27th she was sent back to the hospital with gangrene in her entire foot one of her toes completely different from the first toe with a infection had maggots coming out of it and turned completely black before they sent her back I went and visited her three days after she went in and when I got there she was in a wheelchair next to the nurses desk while the nurse pushing her and a nurse at the desk were talking about men and you could smell when you got to her that her colostomy bag had busted and it took them 45 minutes to change it and when they did the nurse who changed her was mean with her we were there for almost three hours and the only other time someone went in is when ther give her a cut of tea that was the size of cup you would get at the dentist to rinse your mouth out with and it was nasty my grAndmother is not losing her leg from the knee down because of the gangrene she got while she was in there

They let my father die from neglect and I will never forgive them. Not one time when I was there did I see my dad on his side and therefore he got bed sores. The hospital called to get permission to take pictures of his sores. NEGLECT. He came from Pittsburgh with one bed sore. They allowed him to lay in his own waste all night with changing him. He was there 2 weeks and they allowed him to waste away. When a family friend went to pick up his belongings she went at 11:30 PM and they allowed her to enter the building with no ID or even asked who she was. They told her that they were sorry for the loss of her father and he was not her father. Anyone could have come in there and taken anything of his or anyone else. There is NO onsite physician and only a NP who comes ONE day a week. All they did was push pain pills on him to keep him sedated and let him lay and die. We had to hear how they had to use the Hoyer lift like it was a bother. My father is gone and we cannot bring him back but I can assure you that this is not the end of my mission to close this place down.
