They are the best! I needed a ride to my caterac surgery on July 1. I talked to Katelyn about their shuttle service. I now have made arangements for them to shuttle me to and from surgery, and to the doctors office the next morning. I am very happy that I dont have to bother anyone to spend all that time with me! I will post another review after surgery

Right at Home WESTLAKE was courteous concise and comforting at a time when everything else was chaotic. They did an excellent job in a very efficient and yet, friendly and family- like fashion. Geoffrey & Katlyn came to our Bay Village home, accurately assessed our situation and provided the appropriate solutions.
