Took my Veteran family member out of here after 6 days. Lots of agency staffing. Serious med errors, bedsore, weight loss, not even cleaned with a brief change, nobody washes or cleans their hands. Delapidated and dirty furnishings in patient rooms.

Washington Square was an absolute God-send for our family. Both of my parents were there together, and my mother passed at the facility. They took such wonderful care of my father and my mother in her last days, and our family will be forever grateful. It's an older facility, but the care was excellent. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one.
