A neighbor fell and they told me to ignore it. They damaged the equipment I badly needed didn't replace it for three days. The physical therapy assistant all but mocked me when I refused to do exercises that were contrary to the surgeon's specific directives. Warning to anyone who has someone there who is senile!!!
