Went for a tour of the facility.. When you walk in the front door you are over whelmed by the smell of urine. The ladies at the desk greeted me and asked me to sit in the dinning room. The smell was worse in there. There physical therapy room isn't very organized or clean. I was ready to run. But still needed to see the unit where I was there to observe. I don't recommend this place unless your desperate.

My family and I greatly appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of Roger, the nurses, and All the staff at Arbors. Thank you all for choosing to work at this facility. What a hard job. Bless you all for the time you spend caring for our Dad and the other residents. And for trying to encourage him to join in on the many activities and PT available to him.I pray that you feel good at the end of each day and not discouraged. Keep up the good work:)

Thanks to Steve and the team at Arbors, our uncle was able to celebrate a fun 80th birthday with a few of his fellow residents! Thank you for the recommendation of Sunshine Cupcakes in Ravenna and the great follow-up.

My friend was at the arbors recovering from a fractured hip. She was there 5 weeks. The therapy department was wonderful to her and she recovered fully. When I visited her I saw what wonderful and compassionate nurses and aides worked there. My friend was having diarrhea from antibiotics she was on and she was putting her light on every 15-20 mins but those aides were right there helping her and not one frown or attitude of any kind every time she needed them. It certainly opened my eyes about nursing homes. I will not believe all the bad stuff I hear about them anymore. I dont want to go to a nursing home but if I ever had to I hope there are people like the ones at the arbors!
