Recently moved in my own suite and was previously living with a friend here. Hate to be the broken record but, yes the trash compactor was a horrible decision in my opinion. As a non driver it has made taking the trash out significantly more difficult. Other than that... Very beautiful area, quiet, spacious and cozy. Wonderful staff!

Edit. Reducing all the way to a one star because of the trash compactor. It's extremely inconvenient!I have lived here for over two, going on three years. It is in a nice area and offers decent amenities. The office staff is nice and friendly and maintenance is usually quick and responsive. I have really only had two issues; one with my ac breaking for a couple days and a minor-ish flood in my second bathroom and hallway after a water main break. However, those seem small compared to horror stories from friends at other apartment complexes (not affiliated with this one). Overall I would certainly recommend living here!

Lived here for nearly three years. The property is fairly nice but the units are dated. Just about every appliance in my apartment has broken at some point and I usually have to make 3-4 maintenance calls a year just for the HVAC. The walls seem to be fairly insulated but it sounds like elephants live above me (is constant loud pounding, floorboards creaking, etc). I would have given the complex a 3 or 4 but theyve recently decided to do away with dumpsters and just have everyone in the complex haul their trash to one location. Its a ploy just to save some money and all you have to do is lug several bags of trash through half a mile of freezing weather. Great decision guys.
