Terrible work environment, and the treatment of the elderly is borderline abuse. Cowoerkers were extremely toxic, management was oftentimes unorganized and all over the place, and the residents were oftentimes not happy or satisfied at the nursing home. The meals were, a lot of times, extremely low quality as well. Overall, a very unorganized, poorly funded, mostly toxic institution.
